I was just browsing and came across this site and thus far I like what I am seeing and will definitely try these wonderful recipes.
I’m anxious to have a new variety of keto-friendly recipes.
I am brand new to this. I find a craving for something sweet after all the meat and veg’s. I am going to make the lemon drops as soon as my sugar sub gets here. This site looks great. Thanks
Cool site. Love what you are doing here.
I just found you! I can’t wait to start making your beautiful food!!!
Found from a Pinterest link. I rarely subscribe to anything, but these recipes look delish! I can’t wait to try them!
I made your strawberry cheesecake bombs tonight. They are in the freezer. Can’t wait to try one.
I just found this site and am quite pleased with it so far. New to keto and was looking for a site that spells out the basics and how to get started. Now motivated and excited to get going. Thank you!
Just made the Peanut butter cookies! They are in the oven now and I can’t wait to taste them!
I’ve tried a number of recipes from Savory Tooth and found all of them delicious and healthy.
By far, your recipes are the best of any keto cookbook that I have found. In the last 2 weeks, I have made numerous dinners, cornbread, sides, and desserts and loved them all. Please keep them coming and I thank you for developing these wonderful dishes!
The recipes have been so delicious!!!
Thank you.
I haven’t even started day 1 yet. My doctor told me he wants me on a low carb diet to lose at least 20 lbs in 4 months with no more than 1500 calories a day. I was having a really hard time trying to figure out where to start and what to eat. While surfing for answers I found your site and it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for! Thank you.
You’re welcome, Carol! Best of luck on your journey and I wish you success.
Can’t wait to try the shrimp salad.
The pictures are wonderful!
Making stuffed mushrooms for first time. A little scared😵
Yum! How did they turn out, Robin? Hope you enjoyed them!
We are now landlocked in southern New Mexico, so we subscribe to Wild Alaskan Seafood for great flash frozen fish. This Brazilian Fish Stew recipe was INCREDIBLE for the surplus of cod, halibut, rockfish, and pollock that we sometimes end up with! Next time, we’ll make a double batch – it is perfect!!!
Stumbled across your site and absolutely love your recepies ! Thank You for sharing , everything i have tried has been delicious .
I am allergic to almonds and when I try to substitute coconut flour my item I’m trying to make( usually cookies) end up in the trash! I add more liquid or egg as advised. What am I doing wrong?? Also any suggestions for what can I make with Walnut Flour or other low carb Flours?
Thanks! ( New Keto Advocate)
Pat
Hi Pat! In my experience, substituting coconut flour doesn’t work well and is hit-or-miss, so I don’t think you’re doing anything wrong. I recommend looking at recipes that are specifically designed for the type of flour that you’re using, by searching for the term “cookies coconut flour” or something like that. I have two recipes that use coconut flour: these peanut butter cookies have a coconut flour option and this chocolate cake uses coconut flour. Hope that helps!
Where did you get the blanched almond flour? What brand is it?
I use Trader Joe’s or Costco’s Kirkland brand.
I just found this and will be following. I appreciate the information that you include with your delicious looking recipes.
Delighted! Tried my first recipe and it was easy and tasty! It was Mediterranean Lamb Bowls. I might try
More veggies next time…..look forward to trying more
I have always been frustrated, as I am new to cooking, because recipes never really came out right for me. These recipes have made it so much easier for me because they always come out delicious. Thank you so much! I especially love the instant pot recipes.
Once a recipe breaks so many ingredients I lose interest, usually. There’s a lot of good sounding food here, enough to sign up, definitely excited to see more to come. Thank you
Would love an instant-pot specific email list. You beef short ribs were one of the best meals I have ever had, including eating at restaurants. Would love to try more of those
Help. I did keto for two weeks lost about 10 lbs. Loved it. Then I started to get leg cramps Drank lots of water, took magnesium and potassium. It didn’t help. So, now I eat potatoes and bananas. Would like to continue with Keto but leg cramps are severe. Can you give me any advice? I would really appreciate it. Tks. can message me on FB. Thanks again.Esther
Hi Esther! Have you spoken with your doctor about this? Since I’m not a medical professional and can’t give medical advice, I’m wondering if someone who’s familiar with your specific background could help you out with this. You may find this page to be useful (http://peoplesrx.com/the-best-kind-of-magnesium-for-you/); it mentions the different types of magnesium and how it’s absorbed. Personally, I found that having leg cramps was resolved by varying the relative amounts of electrolytes, giving my body time to adjust to the new normal, and having enough variation in my diet.
Julia…thanks so much for all you do!! Discovering this page at the very beginning of my Instant Pot-based keto journey was pure serendipity :))
Drink lots of just plain water. It helped alleviate the cramps in my legs.
