My dough was a little too greasy. Was that supposed to happen?

They are tasty, but the batter was so crumbly. I added some cream to help the batter stick together. It tastes like a shortbread cookie.

I was able to put these together and in the oven within 15 mins super delicious and surprisingly crunchy! Great recipe thanks for sharing! <3

I made these and used Almond Extract and Stevia baking sugar...I can’t have Sugar Alcohols at all they absolutely tear my stomach up! Anyway these cookies were excellent and even better after sitting overnight as the almond flavor was more apparent after cooling! ☺️

Just made these! Happy with the texture, color, etc- nothing wrong with the recipe- it’s just that I used Stevia (2 tbs) and I just don’t like the aftertaste. Will be trying these again with another substitute for the sweetener.

I made two batches last night, one plain and one with lemon. These are the first cookies of any kind I’ve made from scratch in years. I love the amount of ingredients. They came out well but the bottoms were too done. Any suggestions?

One thing you can try is baking longer at a lower temp like 300 F. That'll allow the cookies to bake through, without the bottoms getting too dark.

I just made these cookies and they are pretty good! I added cocoa powder. I wasn’t sure how much to add so I just guessed and it worked out! Next batch I do I will probably add more butter and a little more sweetener, for my taste! Thank you! This recipe is easy and great!

I made these but found them so super sweet they were inedible. Used Natvia sweetened which is erythritol, what did I get wrong?

Just because a sweetener has erythritol in it doesn't mean it measures the same as erythritol. For example, Swerve has erythritol in it and measures the same as sugar. Pure erythritol is about 70% as sweet as sugar. I suggest checking your specific sweetener's packaging to see how its sweetness compares. Did you follow Note #2 in the recipe notes? In that note, I suggest adding the sweetener to taste if you're using something other than what's listed in the recipe.

Love this recipe! I did use lemon extract like suggested by one of the reviewers. Great suggestion. I may try lemon zest next time for extra punch. I also added some salt and it gave it the best balance of salty and sweet. Thanks everyone!

Can you use oil instead of butter?

Excellent keto cookie recipe. I added 1/2 tsp xanthan gum to dry ingredients and whisked well. Then added egg yolk together with butter and vanilla extract, mixed with hands.

This is the second time I have made these now. The first time, they were ok, but I forgot to flatten them twice and only did it once. I also used vegan butter, but I think I put too much vanilla essence in. Today, I made them again, but this time used avocado oil instead of vegan butter, flattened them twice and also put in about 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of ginger powder. Wow! These are sooo yummy and are now my fav bickies! Thank you!

Can’t get enough of these! I double the batch to get about 20. I have made them with Lily’s sugar free chocolate chips and these are with sugar free strawberry jam and sugar free apricot preserves. I’ve also made snickerdoodle and they were awesome! I use a rubber spatula to combine. Make sure once you have combined all 4 ingredients, start pressing the mix with the side of the spatula and instead of stirring think press and swipe against the mix. It will start to stick together!

I made this on a whim after dinner and it was so quick and easy! I made them with 1/4 cup Sukrin Melis and used 5 different flavour add-ins so that my OH and I could each try one of everything. I just split the dough into 10 (18g each) and added each of the flavourings to two cookies (Keto raspberry jam, toasted coconut flakes with sea salt, unsweetened choc chips, cinnamon snickerdoodle & flaked almonds). We ate 5 each for dessert and I will definitely be making these again and again.
