Yum! Delicious, easy and guilt-free! Thank you for taking the time to create this recipe for all of us on this keto journey.

I haven’t made these yet but was wondering how well they freeze.

My husband and I love these! Curious if I used Almond extract if they would still be good. Also, could we try same recipe with coconut flour or would it not stay together? I’m not a baker so a bit scared to waste expensive ingredients!

I have not tried them yet but curious if anybody had tried using ghee instead of butter.

I added stevia salted caramel drops to the recipe. They were delicious! I think this will be a good base cookie to experiment with.

This cookies were so easy to make— just a bowl and wooden spoon! I added both vanilla and almond extract. I used swerve confectioners sugar. I also had hard butter so I microwaved it a couple of seconds. It was very soft- almost melted. I think it made the mixture mix easier. Added plus- hubby loves them too!!😊

These cookies are awesome. I added 9 drops of lemon essential oil and they were incredible. Thanks so much for this super simple and delicious recipe!

Hi! Thanks for replying! I’ve been using Oh Nuts! Blanched Almond Flour. Is there something that you recommend that would be better? Thanks again!

I haven't used that brand before. I have used almond flour brands such as King Arthur, Trader Joe's, and Kirkland/Costco.

Hi Julia - I have made these a couple of times and love them. How do i add flavored syrup like caramel or chocolate?

I haven't tried adding any flavored syrups, but you certainly can. Just add it in at the same time that you mix all of the ingredients together.

What a great recipe. I used Truvia cane sugar blend since I couldn’t get erythritol. Delicious. Everyone in my family loved them.

I had good success with these cookies! I weighed my almond flour according to the package - it was Kirland Almond flour- blanched- and the label said 1/4 cup is 28 grams, so I measured out 112 grams. For sweetener, I powdered some Lakanto golden monkfruit sweetener in my food processor. I used my tablespoon measuring spoon to scoop the dough and it made 13 cookies. In my oven, they became golden after about 12 minutes. Delicious.

I made them and they were very yummy! And I also since there is no egg in this recipe I didn't bake them the next time I left them in balls popped them in the fridge and made fat bombs out of them! very very yummy!

I made a double batch, one with erythritol and one with equal erythritol and stevia, in both I subbed the vanilla for almond extract flavor. I also did both as bars in loaf pans and didn’t roll into balls, being my oven is out, I baked them in my toaster oven. I liked the stevia blend so much better, I’m yet to welcome the cooling effect of the erythritol, I could see it being tolerated in a minty baked good. But it just ruins the overall taste of the dish to have it taste as though a mint extract was incorporated into every dish prepared with it. I love the ease of this recipe and will remake again.

I agree, they had a cooking effect I didn’t quite like. I will try with my stevia next time and almond extract.

Very yummy, even my husband loved them. Added a little lemon zest because I love all things lemon. But they did spread some while baking. Next time I will try to keep them thicker when I press them with a fork. Worth making again!

I used ground almonds, they were fantastic! My daughter says I can make them again...

Thank you so much for this AMAZING recipe. This one is a HOME RUN!!! They are chewy and delicious right out of the oven but they are just as good at room temperature. I sprinkled the tops of mine with a little granular Xylitol. They taste better than some "real" cookies we bought the other day.
