Air Fryer Potatoes

Air Fryer Potatoes

Yield: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pounds white potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil or other dried herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

For serving:

  • fresh parsley leaves, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add cut potatoes directly to the air fryer basket (without crisper plate). Drizzle oil over the potatoes, add minced garlic, and sprinkle all dry seasonings on top. Use a utensil to stir the ingredients until potatoes are evenly seasoned.
  • Air fry at 400 F (no need to preheat) for 10 minutes. Stir the potatoes using a utensil, then air fry for another 10 minutes or until crisp and tender.
  • Serve into bowls, garnishing with chopped fresh parsley.

NOTES & TIPS

Air Fryer: I use Ninja’s Max XL 5.5-quart air fryer.
Serving: This recipe makes about 4 servings as a side dish. Optionally serve with some shredded cheese.
