INGREDIENTS
- 1 large apple (8 to 12 oz weight)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Thinly slice the apple into 1/8-inch thick slices (no need to peel beforehand). Discard any seeds. Place the apple slices side-by-side on paper towels.
- Evenly sprinkle cinnamon over the surface of the apple slices.
- Add apple slices to the
air fryer basket. They will overlap; spread them out as much as possible. - Air fry at 300 F for 25 minutes or until nearly crispy, tossing or stirring every 5 minutes. No need to preheat.
- Spread out apple chips on paper towels to cool completely, as they will crisp up even more during the cooling process. Serve immediately.
