INGREDIENTS
- 2 chicken breasts (about 1 lb total)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pat chicken dry with paper towels, if moist. Slice each chicken breast in half so that the resulting pieces are about 1/2 inch thick or less.
- Add chicken pieces to gallon-sized resealable bag. Sprinkle salt, smoked paprika, and garlic powder over chicken. Seal bag, and mix contents by using your hands to rub the seasonings onto the chicken through the bag until evenly seasoned. Open the bag, drizzle oil over the chicken, and repeat.
- Use tongs to place seasoned chicken in
air fryer , evenly distributing along the bottom of the basket. No need to preheat. Air fry at 400 F for 6 minutes, open the basket and turn the chicken over with tongs (for even cooking), and air fry for another 6 minutes or until the center of chicken is at least 155 F. - Transfer chicken to a cutting board or plate to cool a bit. Slice and serve.
